MFC2020 4th International Deep Drawing Technology Forum

2020年12月28日-29日，無(wú)錫帕爾弗參加了“MFC第四屆國(guó)際沖壓深拉伸技術(shù)論壇”。該論壇會(huì)議由《金屬板材成形》雜志在江蘇蘇州舉辦。過(guò)去的三屆論壇一直是國(guó)內(nèi)影響力很大的深拉伸行業(yè)盛會(huì)，每屆大約有300-500名行業(yè)代表參會(huì)，舉辦10余場(chǎng)行業(yè)和技術(shù)報(bào)告，參觀兩家業(yè)內(nèi)龍頭企業(yè)。

On December 28-29, 2020, Wuxi Porfu participated in the "MFC 4th International Stamping and Deep Drawing Technology Forum". The forum is organized by Sheet Metal Forming magazine in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. The past three forums have been the most influential deep drawing industry event in China, with about 300-500 industry representatives attending each session, holding more than 10 industry and technical presentations, and visiting two leading companies in the industry.

新冠疫情爆發(fā)后，業(yè)內(nèi)諸多會(huì)展活動(dòng)被迫取消或縮水，對(duì)今年繼續(xù)舉辦這一論壇造成了一定影響。得益于對(duì)疫情傳播的良好控制，中國(guó)率先恢復(fù)正常的秩序，同時(shí)各地對(duì)新基建大量投入，拉動(dòng)中國(guó)制造業(yè)強(qiáng)勢(shì)反彈。除了過(guò)去兩年一直強(qiáng)勁的工程機(jī)械和商用汽車(chē)行業(yè)，汽車(chē)、新能源汽車(chē)、農(nóng)機(jī)、醫(yī)療設(shè)備、家電等行業(yè)都在2020年下半年實(shí)現(xiàn)了同比增長(zhǎng)的可喜態(tài)勢(shì)。原本擔(dān)心下跌的出口訂單，反而因?yàn)閲?guó)外疫情失控、同行停產(chǎn)，大量轉(zhuǎn)入中國(guó)，以至于各行各業(yè)都呈現(xiàn)了龍頭企業(yè)供不應(yīng)求的興旺局面。特斯拉、比亞迪、蔚來(lái)、理想汽車(chē)、小鵬汽車(chē)等新能源汽車(chē)的量產(chǎn)，徹底激活了江浙滬深拉伸市場(chǎng)。

After the outbreak of COVID-19, many exhibition activities in the industry were forced to cancel or shrink, which had a certain impact on the continuation of this forum this year. Thanks to the good control of the spread of the epidemic, China has taken the lead in restoring normal order, while the massive investment in new infrastructure around the country has pulled China's manufacturing sector to rebound strongly. In addition to the construction machinery and commercial vehicle sectors, which have been strong over the past two years, the automotive, new energy vehicle, agricultural machinery, medical equipment, and home appliance sectors all achieved promising year-over-year growth in the second half of 2020. Export orders, which were originally feared to fall, were instead shifted to China in large numbers due to out-of-control foreign epidemics and production shutdowns by their counterparts, so much so that all industries are showing a booming situation where demand exceeds supply for leading companies. The mass production of new energy vehicles such as Tesla, BYD, Azera, Ideal Auto and Xiaopeng Auto has completely activated the stretch market in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Shenzhen.

會(huì)議邀請(qǐng)了汽車(chē)、家電、暖通、鎖具、五金、廚具、園藝、3C等所有用到深拉伸工藝的行業(yè)的設(shè)備、自動(dòng)化、模具、潤(rùn)滑等供應(yīng)商、生產(chǎn)商和采購(gòu)商參會(huì),分享對(duì)新技術(shù)、新工藝、新應(yīng)用、自動(dòng)化等熱門(mén)話題的精彩觀點(diǎn)。

通過(guò)報(bào)告和代表分享，我們可以感覺(jué)深拉伸行業(yè)受益于新能源汽車(chē)，不管主機(jī)廠用三元鋰電池還是磷酸鐵鋰電池，對(duì)深拉伸企業(yè)而言，沒(méi)有太多區(qū)別。大量的熱錢(qián)正在涌入這個(gè)行業(yè)，產(chǎn)能短時(shí)間供不應(yīng)求，沖壓企業(yè)難得獲得短暫的賣(mài)方優(yōu)勢(shì)，估計(jì)到了2021年，深拉伸的產(chǎn)能會(huì)有大幅提升。

Through the report and representative sharing, we can feel that the deep drawing industry benefits from new energy vehicles, whether the host factory with ternary lithium batteries or lithium iron phosphate batteries, there is not much difference for deep drawing enterprises. A large amount of hot money is pouring into this industry, production capacity short time supply exceeds demand, stamping enterprises rarely get a short-lived seller advantage, it is estimated that by 2021, the production capacity of deep drawing will be significantly increased.
